Assessment and Package
Sports Specific Fitness Assessment: This is a ½ day session designed to evaluate endurance, strength, speed, and flexibility related to your sport. Specific training exercises are given to improve targeted areas. Special attention will be given to postural strain patterns and any acute or chronic injuries. Corrective exercises are prescribed if needed.
Sport Specific Training Package: this is a 3, 5 or 10 session package in which the athlete receives a sports specific fitness assessment and fitness plan integrating the Athletes Training methodology with S5 band training system.
